About Me

I’m Rachel, a sex and relationship therapist based in London. I am queer, kinky, and non-monogamous and my pronouns are she/they.

I specialise in working with other people who, like myself, identify as gender, sexuality or relationship diverse (GSRD) - basically anyone who sits outside of the ‘norm’ that society dictates. Whether you are kinky, polyamorous, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, or otherwise feel as though you don’t quite fit in, I’m here to help you.

My therapeutic style is very collaborative - I strongly believe that you know yourself far better than I ever could - and so I will work with you to help you with whatever you bring to therapy. I’m not the kind of therapist who sits there not saying anything to you and silently taking notes (but if that’s what you’re looking for, then check out my resources page where there are some useful links for finding a therapist suitable for you).

I am a member of COSRT, which means that I adhere to the COSRT code of ethics and practices.
